How it works
Step 1 - Tell us what you need clearing/taking away
Contact us by phone, email, or via our online enquiry form and let us know what you need clearing. To provide an accurate quotation, we recommend including as much detail as possible, along with photographs of the items, rooms, or areas requiring clearance.
If this isn't convenient, we're happy to arrange a site visit to assess the work and discuss your requirements.
Step 2 - We'll provide a quotation
All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. We pride ourselves on offering honest, transparent pricing, with no hidden costs or unexpected charges.
The price quoted is the price you will pay, provided the scope of work remains unchanged. For your peace of mind, all quotations are confirmed in writing and can be referred to at any time.
step 3 - carrying out the job
On the day of your clearance, our team will arrive promptly and take care of all lifting, loading, and removal of the agreed items. There is no need to move or prepare anything in advance, we will handle everything for you.
Our quotation is based on the items and areas agreed beforehand. Should you wish to add further items on the day, we will do our best to accommodate this, subject to available time and vehicle capacity. Any additional costs will always be discussed and agreed with you in advance.
step 4 - responsible disposal
We are committed to responsible waste management and strive to avoid landfill wherever reasonably possible. As a fully licensed waste carrier, we prioritise the re-use and re-homing of suitable items, helping to give them a second life within the local and wider community.
Any items that cannot be re-used are transported to authorised recycling centres and licensed Waste Transfer Facilities, where they are processed and disposed of in accordance with current environmental regulations.
